Every product we sell is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which means items are custom printed specifically for you.
Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.
1️⃣ Made-to-Order Production
All items (including t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs) are custom printed after your order is placed.
We do not keep stock or resell returned products.
Each order is printed and shipped directly from Printify’s network of U.S. production partners.
2️⃣ Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we can only accept returns or replacements if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

You received the wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Incorrect size ordered (please check our size chart before purchase).

Slight color differences between online previews and printed products (due to screen calibration).
3️⃣ Reporting an Issue
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@purehomeprints.shop within 14 days of delivery.
Include the following information:

Your order number

Photos showing the issue (product + packaging)

A brief description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, we will coordinate with Printify to issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4️⃣ Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5️⃣ Cancellations
Since production starts soon after you place your order, cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours after checkout.
After that, the order is sent to production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
6️⃣ Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or design, please place a new order once your refund or replacement (if applicable) is processed.
7️⃣ Shipping & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us for assistance.
8️⃣ International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Delivery times vary by region. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs clearance.
