These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://purehomeprints.shop and the purchase of products from our online store.
By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1️⃣ Use of Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this website.

  • You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not for any activity that violates U.S. law or infringes on others’ rights.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

2️⃣ Products & Descriptions

  • Pure Home Prints offers made-to-order products including (but not limited to) t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs.

  • We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

  • Slight variations in color, print position, or size may occur due to the custom printing process.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • We accept secure payments through Stripe and PayPal.

  • Prices may change without notice, but any confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or produced.

4️⃣ Order Fulfillment & Printify Partnership

  • We partner with Printify for print-on-demand production and fulfillment.

  • When you place an order, it is automatically routed to Printify for printing, packaging, and shipping.

  • Average fulfillment time is 2–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on destination.

  • Because each item is custom-printed when ordered, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to most U.S. locations and selected international countries.

  • Delivery times vary by product and location. Estimated times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are custom-printed on demand, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return or replacement, contact us at support@purehomeprints.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include photos of the defective item and your order number.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed in coordination with Printify.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect address submissions.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and text on this website are the property of Pure Home LLC or used with permission.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or designs without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8️⃣ User Accounts (If Applicable)

  • You may create an account to save your order history and preferences.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

  • Pure Home LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

  • We make no warranties beyond those required by law.
